I only found one before, and it was at ∆ Buzzing Unclean Daydream. Good luck, it wasn't in the Beast statue so I don't know if it'll show up again.

Man, whatever happened to asking a buddy? I have a mantis nail on Blitzkrieg if you really want...
I got it by talking to a mantis about manicures. Really, was just that simple. There is the method of going to ∆ Loveing Generous Bum and beating the heck out of the vak... lion thing... uh... beat the lions, you'll probably get one.
