The world has a wide variety of status effects that a character may benefit/suffer from. Below is a list of them and what they do.

Status effects having an effective post count of 400

Status effects having an effective post count of 100
Status Name | Description |
Sloth | The target moves 25% slower. |
Weaken | Lowers target's physical attack by 25% |
Soften | Lowers target's physical defense by 25% |
Enchanted | Lowers target's magical defense by 25% |
Head ache | Lowers target's magical attack by 25% |
Burnt | Lowers target's fire elemental defence by 25% |
Shocked | Lowers target's lightening elemental defence by 25% |
Soaked | Lowers target's water elemental defence by 25% |
Rocked | Lowers target's earth elemental defence by 25% |
Shadowed | Lowers target's dark elemental defence by 25% |
Brightened | Lowers target's light elemental defence by 25% |
Stun | Whites out target's field of vision for 1 to two seconds, does not hamper movemnt. |
Status effects having an effective post count of 200
Status Name | Description |
Poison | Slowly lose health over time. This is like incurring a minor wound every one of the targets posts. |
Paralysis | The target cannot move their legs for their next post. Upper body is unaffected |
Curse | Slowly lose health and SP over time. This is equivalent to a minor wound and 15 sp spent every one of the targets posts. |
Freeze | Freezes character PC's for a brief moment, one to two seconds. |

Status Name | Description |
Confusion | Randomly assigns actions to player controllers for a post. This means the usual command for walk could translate to attack, or use item becomes jump etc. |
Seal | Character cannot use SP fueled abilities |
