My character. These detailed chars always seem to take me hours, and I always end up spending more correcting them, hahaha.
[li]Picture Reference:
(Not the definitive vision of my character but it helps you understand where I'm coming from)
[/li][li]Character Name:: Silence
[/li][li]Class: Steam Gunner
[/li][li]Characters apparent Age: 13-15
[/li][li]Characters Gender: Male (Sorry, didn't see this part lol)
[/li][li]Characters Hair Color:
Black
[/li][li]Characters Eye Color:
Brown
[/li][li]Character Height: "5'4
[/li][li]character Weight: 125
[/li][li]character Clothing Style:
Usualy wearing a pair of black, pocketed pants, a plain white t-shirt, black boots, Black fingerless gloves, and a long, black coat. (I hope the picture referance clears it up a bit. My descriptive abilities leave alot to be desired. Sorry.)
[/li][li]Character Physical Traits:
Pale-skinned, and almost always in an unemotional face. He has a light build, and black, messy hair. His left hand has burns covering it up to the middle of his forearm.
[/li][li]Characters Personality:
Same as his real life personality, except his personality changes slightly in combat, becoming fairly cruel. He enjoys taunting his enemy, and it is not uncommon for him to simply laugh at a losing opponent. His happiness in a battle comes from making his opponent feel as weak as possible.
[/li][li]Fighting Style:
Calm and collected, yet also very quick and precise, a style that could be embodied by a small stream. He most commonly attempts to keep a large amount of distance between himself and his enemy, rather than engage in a close range battle. If encountered at close range, he will quickly try t gain some distance between him and his opponent. But when he must, he can attempt to deal some light blows with the small dagger on his gun. His most common points to aim are legs and arms, usualy attempting to make his opponent either drop their weapon or slow their movements so as to further the speed gap between them. When met with heavily armored opponents, however, He will forgo this and try to fire at unarmored sections, joints, or openings. At the worst, he may resort to simply keeping his distance and firing massive amounts of bullets at a single point, hoping to at least break the armor in that area. His bullets are not very piercing.
[/li][li]Strengths:
Fast (Able to quickly move, but is also fast with his thought process. His reflexes and speed are therefor about 150% of a normal player's.), agile (Flexible enough in combat to deter his opponent with his moments. He is probably 130% the agility of an average player.).
[/li][li]Weaknesses:
weak physicaly in strength (Relies heavily on speed when it comes to close range, thus leaving him to develop very little strength. Maybe 60% of an average player.), defense (Even when he blocks, it is only enough to keep him from taking the full brunt of it, but not enough to deter a large amount. About 75% that of an average player.), and can be easily tossed far (He's fairly light, and if knocked off his balance he can be sent flying. (This is hard to measure, since there is no 'how far you fly' stat lol) If hit with the same amount of force as another person, he will probably fly 30% further.).
.Art/Spell Information|:.
[/li][li]Arts:
Thorn Shot (Area, normal, 0 posts)
[/li][li]Spells:
.Weapon Information|:.
[/li][li]Weapon Name: Jagged Fang
[/li][li]Weapon Type: Gun (From what I've read, steam gunners have neither a hold and release or a rapid attack)
[/li][li]Weapon Appearance: A small, yet easy to use and maneuver weapon, who's shape is that of a larger than usual pistol. though it is small, it can quickly fire bullets in rapid succession, and block light attacks with the small dagger-like knife That covers the trigger and passes forward, pointing in the same direction as the gun itself. The color of the gun is mostly black, with the blade being the color of steel. The only color is a small piece of metal that sticks straight up to help aim, which is colored red. Due to it's small size, the gun's attack is slightly below average.
[/li][li]Weapon Abilities:
Splinter round: The bullets fired are quite brittle and therefor splinter upon impact. This decreases the actual force of the impact, but the splinters can continue driving inward a small amount, which can be quite painful in large amounts. So it would be far wiser to dodge rather than block. Although it experiences difficulty when met with armor. It costs a small amount of sp per bullet, but if used too much the drain could stack to be a considerable amount. This ability is controlled by holding down a special button on the handle of the gun when squeezing the trigger. This ability can be coupled with another skill (Long story short, less penetration, force, and power, but the bullets break into shrapnel when they hit. In game terms, it decreases the atk of all bullets, but increases critical hit rate and damage.)
.Character Background Information|:.
[/li][li]Friends: None to speak of, although it is not to say a few have not tried to befriend him here and there.
[/li][li]Enemies: Although no active enemies, many people passively dislike him and his attitude. There is also the fact that he will occasionaly PK other players, or even thwart PKers on a whim. And on one occasion even killed a PKKer and the PKs.
[/li][li]History:
Was always that one person that seemed to blend in with the crowd. He was not particulary frightening, nor did he make any effort to get people to notice him. Although to those that -do- know him disliked him a good deal, since on his random whims he would attack those in the game. Altough he didn't seem to do this nearly as much with women, as though he purposely avoided attacking them.
.Offline Information|:.

[/li][li]Occupation: Unemployed
[/li][li]Age: 15

[/li][li]Eye Color: Brown
[/li][li]Height: 5"7
[/li][li]Weight: 138 pounds
[/li][li]Clothing Style: Extremely casual. Most always consisting of average shorts, and an average T-shirt.
[/li][li]Physical Traits: Pale skin due to the little amount of time he spent outside. Furthermore, he is a bit below average in weight and height. He is also not very strong.
[/li][li]Personality: Quiet and not very interested in most things, though his I.Q is high. He often refuses help from people, and is wary to trust others. As such he would sooner fail something repeatedly than allow someone else to help him. Despite this, he also knows his physical limits and will stop before he can hurt himself. He can also tend to be cold and distant. Despite this he follows the basic courtesies, and is at least slightly more polite to women.
.Biographical Information|:.
[/li][li]Parents:
Mother: Maria Campbell Died at the age of 27
Father: Arron Campbell Sr. 43 Years old
[/li][li]Siblings:
None
[/li][li]Relatives:
No immidiate living relatives
[/li][li]History:
Both Arron and Maria were long-time friends since they were in the fourth grade. As time went on they grew very close, and married once they had both graduated. After graduation, they both began to attend college, attending two different ones that were conveniently located nearby where they lived. As Arron attended a business school, Maria went to a medical school instead, both deciding to hold off on having children until they graduated. Unfortunately, despite their plans, Maria became pregnant.
As they began to work out what to do, the pregnancy date began to grow closer. They both decided to keep the child and to work as hard as they could in their lives to provide the best future for the child they could. But through yet another twist of fate, complications appeared during the birth, and the Maria died, though the child was able to be saved. As they kept the baby for observation, which before his birth his name had already been decided as Jeremy, it seemed as though the child would have health problems growing up. And as he grew to his first, second, and other subsequent birthdays continued to show signs of his ill health.
Due to this, he was unable to socialize with others his age, and could not go to school for the first time until he was twelve. By this time, he had already become unsocial and found few friends, the few times he attempted to make more ended with failure. Due to this, his father (Who had later managed to find a well-paying desk job within Cyber Connect Corp, after Maria's death) Decided to homeschool him, hiring others to teach his son. Despite his best intentions, this only continued to make Jeremy grow further apart from others, and even more so from his father who he barely got to see due to the nature of his work, though he felt as though his father may hold some resentment against him..
Fortunately for Jeremy, one day while browsing the web he happened to come across several small-budget mmorpgs, games which he enjoyed by no small amount. He would often spend hours in his room, playing the games deep into the night. As this went on, Arron gave Jeremy a present on his 15th birthday, a brand new copy of "The World" which he had picked out after seeing how many games he played. And as such, it quickly became one of the only things in his day that Jeremy looked forward to.
.Role Playing Information|:.
[/li][li]Sample RP
Jeremy sighs as he lifts his head off his desk, shaking it as he attempts to recall the night before. He had seemingly pulled another late-night gaming session, and simply collapsed at his desk while he was in a root town. he was annoyed by this since he had slept at an odd angle, his neck now sore and stiff. As the fog that accompanied sleep began to leave his mind, he slowly began to remember what he had been doing the night before...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Silence walked along the path in the root town towards the chaos gate, preparing to go on yet another solo journey through a dungeon. His face maintained it's usual unexpressive state, as though someone had stricken the thoughts from his mind, though this was far from the truth. As he climbed the stairs, he spotted an array of people walking nearby him as well. Two people argued over the worth of the items they were trading. Others were meeting with low-level friends who had just started playing. He even noticed a few familiar faces.
But none of them particuraly interested him. It was no more than the same things that always occured in the game. As he stepped to the gate, he heard a group of people yell out an area name. "Boundless Eternity's Despair!" The people shouted, before they quickly teleported away. As he approached the gate, he had one of his usual whims to follow the group to the area. After all, the only interesting thing he saw from other people were the fights they were involved in. "Boundless Eternity's Despair..." Silence whispered, as the world around him quickly faded from view, and was replaced with that of a dark cave-like dungeon. Stepping forward, he saw the group begining to walk torwards one of the corridors.
Now that he was a bit closer, he could make out the people's weapons and genders a bit more easily, despite the darkness. One girl seemed to be carrying a small grimoire, looking around cautiously as though ready to cast a spell quickly if a monster were to arrive. The man next to her was quite a bit taller, a small dagger in each of his hands. As he glanced at the final man, Silence couldn't resist letting a small, silent laugh out. The large man, carrying a sword that was just as immense as he, was one Silence had seen slaughter everyone in his own party before, for no more than the rights to a chest.
Retrieving his gun from his side, Silence quickly and silently dashed behind them, taking cover in various areas to remain unseen. He continued this process, watching the people fight their battles against the various monsters there (Largely aided by the large edge punisher) , until finaly they had reached the final room, in which the massive beast statue hovered, a single chest before it on an altar. The tall man with the daggers began to approach the altar first, obviously happy about the fact they had finaly finished the dungeon. He smiled at his comrades, begining to speak. "Ha, we finaly did it. Thank you for your help, man, me and her have been trying to do this al-" His sentence was quickly cut off, however, as the large edge punisher swung his massive bade, leaving a deep gash in the twin blade, and sent him smashing against the stone pillar. "Hahaha, you utter fools! The only reason you two are here are to act as my human shields! Now your usefullness is over.." He boasted, turning on the small girl who stumbled backwards.
Before he could even lift his weapon, however, a voice broke through the air. "Thorn shot!" Silence cried, as three bullets flashed from the darkness, one missing, while the other two hit squarely into the man's arm, shattering uppon impact as they left jagged sharpnel in the wounds. The edge punisher stumbled forward, using his other arm to lift the massive sword. "Who are you!?" He shouted blindly, looking to see where the person who interupted him had fired from. Before he could spot him however, Silence dashed from the side, running by him quickly as he sliced a long cut across the edge punisher's exposed back. coming to a halt a good distance away, Silence turned and looked back at the edge punisher, smiling cruelly. "You are still full of openings... And you don't bother wearing armor to cover your upper body.... It's like you're crying out for someone to use you for target practice" He said, lifting the gun up to aim at the man.
The edge punisher roared, dashing forward at Silence, swinging his massive blade with one arm. Without hesitation, Silence fired three rounds dead forward, aiming for the man's head, before leaping aside. Unable to turn his large body away in time, the three bullets struck the man squarely in the head, falling limp as he dropped forward, rolling over the edge into the bottomless pit of the altar room. "T-Thank you" Said the girl standing up and dusting herself off. Silence glances at her, before turning away and walking torwards the treasure box, removing the contents before turning to leave the room. Walking by the girl again, she simply stood aside, obviously seeing he wanted nothing to do with her, before going to heal her twin-blade comrade.
-------------------------------------------------------
After that, Silence had returned to sell the items in the root town, but Jeremy had fallen asleep before he reached the shops. He sighed as he put the headgear back on (For the life of me I can't remember what they called those things they wore. m2d's?) to continue playing a while longer, before he went to make himself breakfast...
